L4D Freaky Free Friday Coming on Steam

Beginning Friday at 12:01 am GMT, the PC version of Left 4 Dead will be available for a free 24-hour trial via Steam. The free trial will include access to the recently released Survival Pack DLC, which introduces a new multiplayer game mode and two additional Versus campaigns. Those who wish to give L4D and the Survival Pack a try may now pre-load everything needed to play with no obligation to purchase.
New Fallout Game Announced!

Fallout New Vegas was announced moments ago during a Bethesda press conference in London.
The new game was revealed by Bethesda’s Pete Hines who said that the publisher is working with Obsidian Entertainment on the title.
It will be coming out next year for the PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.
“It is not a sequel to Fallout 3,” Hines said. “It’s simply another Fallout game in that universe.”
It will be the same sort of role-playing game experience seen in Fallout 3, he said. The game’s official reveal, with more details and a look at the game down the line.
Hines added that this title will have no impact on what Todd Howard and his team are working on.
Obsidian Entertainment is the development studio that rose from the ashes of Black Isle Studios, responsible for developing Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, Neverwinter Nights, Alpha Protocol, and Sega’s Aliens: Crucible RPG, which is currently on indefinite hold.
Left 4 Dead Auto Aim Hack

There is an easy way to spot this, people will shoot at you before you even spawn in VS while playing infected. I think a couple people we play with use this. We may need to start a ban list in the forums.
L4D Server Change

I’ve canceled our Left 4 Dead effective May 19th. I’ve also Ordered a New server that is 1/2 the price! So for about a month we’ll have two servers.
L4D Server Difficulty

My L4D anti-cheat broke my ability to increase the zombie horde. Instead I once again have the server set to “hard” even while in VS mode.
